"I’ve gone to Lisa’s yoga classes for almost a year now. I wasn’t a yogi at all when I started with her and tried quite many different studios and teachers in the beginning. The purpose for me with a yoga class is both to get the exercise but also find a moment of peace. Lisa really manage this in an amazing way, she is so present in the room and it feels like she is really there for everyone without being pushy or too much. The Friday morning classes with her on clarion sign is really one of my highlights of the week. They help me get rid of stress that I built up during the week and start out fresh for the weekend.
